What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods including credit/debit cards, PayPal, GPay, Apple Pay, and ShopPay.
Your payment information is securely processed, and we ensure the highest level of transaction security.
I've got a discount code, how do I use it?
If you've got a discount code, this can be applied when checking out. If you're on the desktop version of our site, you'll be able to enter your code when you click the "Check Out" button, on the right hand side of the screen, underneath your order summary.
If you're checking out on a mobile device or tablet, there will be an option at the top of the page to "Show order summary". Tap that, and it will bring up the box to enter your discount code, underneath your order summary.
I've got a problem with my order, what should I do?
Nobody likes problems, but we're always happy to assist! If you've got an issue with your order, please contact us using the contact form here.
I need to return something, how do I go about it?
We offer a 28 day returns policy on all items, so if your item isn't satisfactory then please get in touch and we will be happy to help you in arranging the return and offer either a replacement product or a refund.

Can I cancel or change my order?
We can make changes to, or cancel your order as long as you let us know there's a problem before your order is despatched.

Please make sure you include your order number, so we can get any problems sorted for you as quickly as possible.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship to?

How much do you charge for shipping?
We charge a standard flat rate of £3.50 for all UK deliveries, with orders over £50 qualifying for FREE shipping!

When will I get my order?
We process orders from 8am to 2pm Monday to Friday, and aim to get all orders placed within this timeframe sent out on the same day.
If your order is placed on a bank holiday, after 2pm, or during a weekend, your order will be despatched on the following working day.
We ship all of our orders out on a 2 day service, however delays do happen sometimes!
Who will my order be delivered by?
We use Royal Mail Large Letter 2nd Class for all "postable" sized orders.
We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for standard orders.
We use UPS Parcel UK for our heavier orders, such as fileboxes.
Can I track my order?
Can I come and collect my order?
We don't offer a warehouse collection service, your order will need to be shipped to your delivery address.
Your Account
Do I need an account with Top Quality Shop to shop with you?
Absolutely not.
Creating an account is completely optional, but creating an account with us gives you access to your previous orders, as well as the ability to view your orders at any time by logging in, so we do recommend creating an account.
